This thread is for Vegas & Vegas Giants to have an adult debate.
RULES:

TOPIC: The 2nd Ammendment
“A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

Are gun control measures constitutional?
Why or why not?

If both debaters fail to follow the rules, their names will be changed for a month with the title of my choosing.
If one debater fails, he will be given a 6 month vacation from this forum.
