In this example nonsense is obvious to anyone. In a lot more scientific articles nonsense is obvious to a specialist.

I don't get what the issue is here. 

I dunno what a 'heterosexual electrode' is but 8ts pretty common in electronics to call things male or female...meaning whether you plug in pr get plugged in lol.. which is kinda cool if you think about it. 

I would guess a heterosexual electrode has something to do with positive going to negative or negative to positive.. but I'm no electrical engineer. 

What exactly is the controversy supposed to be here?

I asked Websters to define HETERO ...[thinking it has easily defined   Latin roots].

All they could come up with was the usual "Progressive Gibberish" ways that HETERO can be used in a sentence.

Yes, the precise definition of sex of the electronic device is very important and "GENDER CONFUSION" will only lead to ...EPIC LIBTRARD FAIL...!!!
