**** ant-science, anti-vaxx, anti-medicine right-wing wanker lie. Hospitals and physicians bill insurance and medicare according to services provided, as services are provided. Nobody is getting paid for listing covid-19 as a cause of death. The rule of practice on its most basic level is the question, "if this patient did not have covid-19, would this patient still be alive?"
