Some do call it the cat house because my wife has 3 indoor cats and takes care of the strays. We pay to fix them, get their shots, find homes for them, or turn them into a no kill shelter. The neighbors love it because we control the population and they kill the moles, mice, and snakes.

Every field has their share of **** professionals. Most teachers have their heart in the right place, and they want to help. They don't deserve this ****. I hope these parents get in a head on collision with a petroleum truck going 90 mph
- A Walmart Greeter cannot tell a customer to "shut the F- up" without consequences
- A Real Estate Agent can't tell an undesirable prospect to "shut the F-up" without consequences.
- Anyone in business must be courteous with a customer, or suffer the consequences.
- An employer cannot tell an employee to "shut the F- up" without consequences.
- Any elected official must be courteous to his electorate or suffer the consequences.
- Even a child can't say "shut the F-up" to his parents without suffering the consequences.

I had two amazing teachers in 12 years of public education. Most of the rest were decent, with two being horrible. The horrible ones were a violent math teacher who liked to chuck books at kids not paying attention, likely suffering from some age related dementia and 40 years of working the thankless job of trying to teach algebra to 7th graders. The other was a self admitted socialist who doled out harsh grades to any that didn't regurgitate his political line of thought. Both were dangerous to children for obviously different reason.
Most teachers work hard for little pay or reward. I wouldn't work in that environment for anything less than 7 figures. In my day parents wouldn't think about shouting at a teacher, the notion was unheard of. Teachers use to command more respect. With select few examples bragging about things like having a 40% lgbtqrstuv class I think most still deserve that respect.
Still believe with technology the vocation is outdated. We should have the two amazing teachers deliver their classes to hundreds of thousands of students on their topic and have the rest work in supporting or coaching roles.

Simple. The list you provided does not account for the impediment of other people's rights. Students who disrupt class are interfering with the whole class learning. Then the parents blame the teacher, and to top it off, the admin takes the parent's side? The behavior of the parents effects the rights of others. I don't disagree with a thing you've said here. The only thing I disagreed with was with a teacher using unprofessional behavior saying "shut the F- up" toward a parent or student. If a student is being disruptive (not the scenario you originally were talking about, but you bright this up) the the teacher should have the ability to immediately have him removed from class, from school and/or from campus.
