I just found a source today that lists the national averages from year to year.
It's amazing how little change there was from 1980 to 1999.

OS systematic one species self destructs its own population of predators preying on their own people geographically here using denial within one species for minority rules majority of people ignoring life in plain sight...

The Saudis will do whatever they perceive will do whatever they feel will benefit them the most.
Gasoline prices will come down when production increases, but s l o w l y.  I observe that there is a dollar difference between Shell stations and other stations. $3.23 is the lowest price I have seen, and the highest at a Shell station ten blocks away at $4.23.
The highest prices of all in Miami are around the airport: as high as $6.50. They always do this, to sell to Europeans who do not bother to calculate the price in Euros, pounds, reis or pesos to the price per liter. They are not used to US gallons or dollars.
