Is anyone familiar with this project and Remote Viewing?
RV is something I have just started dabbling with.
I was doing it before I knew what it was called.
I watched a movie yesterday called Third Eye Spies.
I have never heard of this project or knew about any of this.

I would like to discuss it with people more educated than myself.

Have you ever seen the Hill Billy way to inflate a tire that just got put on the rim, but the beads of the tire aren't sealed to the rim...?
You take a spray can of ETHER / DIESEL STARTING FLUID, squirt some for a few seconds inside the tire, then squirt a trail of ether on the shop floor back a good distance away from the tire.
Light a match, drop it onto the trail of ether and DUCK BEHIND SOMETHING STRONG.
If everything works right, not only will the tire be perfectly sealed to the rim but it will also be fully inflated.

This idea could "save the day" if you have a flat tire  away from home and no way to change the tire to a spare. 
Those patch kits you can buy for $5 at the auto stores really do work, but you need a way to reinflate the tire.
This could be a last resort way to do it, but you would need to use your tire iron to break the seal around the rim and use just the tiniest amount of some spray can solvent for inflation / controlled explosion.

I get that feeling every time I inflate an OLD TIRE.
If you can see cracks in the rubber from age..it feels  like playing RUSSIAN ROULETTE even though I've never had one explode...

Split rim tires were the worst. They killed people! I refused to do any in the shops i worked at!
