Assume the South won; thus, they are their own nation. What would America look like today? Would the South be more powerful than America? Would America struggle to even be a superpower?

Never would have became a super power .  I think the country would have remained as an isolationist country for most of the twentieth century with out the war mongering north to escalate us into world war 1 and 2.

Some native American tribes in the Midwest would still have their land and culture as well. You know  without the union army committing native American genocide and everything.

Nope if the south would have one it would have took several generations to replenish northern ranks. After all, the union used their infantry men as cannon fodder for the most part.

I read something a while back that said black Africans that sold other blacks to the west actually kept more slaves for themselves.

One of the biggest slave owners in America was a black man...he even enslaved his own family.
