Read this..you might learn something. Even Abe Lincoln and JFK alluded to this.

now the war, of course, forced some things which makes the ultimate result harder to measure. but whatever...before the war workers were quite happy.
spain never entered the war and they had great worker rights...arguably too much... (mandated siestas? lol)

I disagree. The work was largely monotonous and no great skill was needed. The jobs that took any type of intellect were filled by white folks. The core issue was that they were unwilling to update the equipment and so relied heavily on manual labor. As a result of this outdated equipment, there were more production delays than needed and that resulted in folks working 14 to 18 hour days regularly.FOS » 21 Jun 2022, 6:19 pm » wrote: ↑ that is because it suffers from bad leadership and is undermined by ethnic and racial diversity

TYPICAL RNC PISS ANTS BLAME WORKERS & UNIONS FOR AMERICAN CAR MANUFACTURERS NOT ABLE TO COMPETE, WHEN THE REALITY EVERY1 KNEW WAS THAT THE GREEDY OVERPAID EXECUTIVES WERE BANKING ON PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE.GHETTOBLASTER » 21 Jun 2022, 5:40 pm » wrote: ↑ The UAW isn't even 1% of the Union labor force.
Like I said earlier..the Union Cadre appears to be on board with much NWO Agenda but the fact still remains that I would not be as well off as I am now had I not gone Union.
The UAW had negotiated some insane rules that basically rewarded non productivity and helped to weaken the American Automakers ability to be competitive with off shore mfgs. "Public Unions" have helped bankrupt cities in financial distress because they don't give back what the politicians in power handed them when times were good. I don't consider these unions representative of what I'm talking about..which is the BACK BONE OF THE USA .....ORGANIZED LABOR
Had I not "Gone Union" I would have no pension.... just like all of the poor guys who devoted their lives working for you with nothing to show for it other than the photos of your gun collection you send them to look at...?....
In spite of Union Leadership corruption and policies that served to undermine the unions themselves.....America's "wealthy middle class", our working standards, benefits, etc. are all thanks to the Labor Unions.
"THE NON UNION SECTOR NEVER CONTRIBUTED IN ANY WAY TO ADVANCING THE BARGAINING POSITION OF THE AMERICAN WORKER".
So, U missed out on your union pensions?impartialobserver » 21 Jun 2022, 6:03 pm » wrote: ↑ As I see it, unionism had its place in the past. Today... not quite. What does teamwork actually accomplish in real time rather than in staged realities within one species.

Of course .....we see this happen every day....![]()
Unions set the prevailing wages, benefits and working standards for SCABBY **** like you to follow.
You can't point to one single advance in Worker's Rights that was fought for by a bunch of cutt throat SCABS willing to under cut each other and live like migrant gypsys driving from one Boom Town to the next just to survive..
The Labor Unions are in the pocket of the NWO...but they are the best that the skilled, licensed tradesmen have got to keep pace with the salaries and pensions of the rest of the upper middle class.

I would love, just for once in my life, to be a working scab. I would prance across that picket line (armed to the teeth of course) and would work for minimum wage. I'd work my guts out too just to show managers what they should be expecting from their regular union employees, just as a big F-U to Unions.
Texas is a right to work state, so there aren't any hiring halls there. As a result, they have to pay traveler wages to bring union workers in - and on projects of scale, that is EXACTLY what they do.GHETTOBLASTER » 21 Jun 2022, 2:07 pm » wrote: ↑ Nobody but you believes your BS Story about how you pay several full pensions out of pocket to your retired non union workers.
If the Project Managers of the BIGGEST MOST COMPLEX AND CHALLENGING PROJECTS want to get them done right the first time and on time...they will go 100% UNION LABOR more times than not.
The Insurance Underwriters will also tell you that the safety records of the UNION JOB SITES is head and shoulders above the rest.

GB knew you had employees that were not union, and you just said you would gladly cross a picket line.
I am just wondering what trade you are in.
And you believed them.
You are the fruitcake who sides with soros in ukraine, jackass.
Reagan LOOOOVED union leader lech walesa. And you are right - he brought down the USSR. That is why piece of **** skans hates unions, likely. He loves all things statist and tranny - he's even a ukraine supporter, like soros and pelosi.SJConspirator » 21 Jun 2022, 3:48 pm » wrote: ↑ Completely wrong.
