If questioning the results of an election were criminal then AL Gore and the most qualified birthing person to ever run for elective office would have been charged. What crimes were committed? Seems like the democrats case rests on the notion that Trump really didn't believe there was fraud and knew he lost the most secure election ever held in a western democracy. Oddly held under emergency conditions with dozens of states changing their voting rules in the name of rona without input from the state judiciary.
