Friend works in section 8 housing management. Nice homes turn to **** in a short matter of months. Not about race, it's about people not valuing things given to them for free.

No. I am saying if you gave the houses to welfare dependent white trash you would have the same result. Poverty doesn't break people, welfare dependence does.
