The real problems kick in when a woman who used to be a man gets a man who used to be a woman pregnant. For starters, at least one of them is queer - though they might be double queer, which might translate to hetero, depending on the linguist chosen to suss the issues pertaining to the pregnancy. It would have to be a linguist, wouldn't it?  I mean, there's no **** way we can put a biologist on this ****. The hard sciences aren't competent to deal with the spiel world. We need a wokester. 

Anyway, would the pregnant man who was born female retain the sacred female prerogative? And if so, isn't that dead-naming and bigoted and wrong pronouny? Shouldn't the woman who got him pregnant have a say? And if not, are we saying she isn't a woman, just because she has a dick? Isn't that also bigoted and wrong pronouny?

We need someone with the wisdom of Red Skelton for this gig.

The Department of Children and Family Services does.  When a ****-for-brains, demented bull-dyke and an insane man who grew tits and dresses like a woman have a baby, all the boxes are checked off to take it away from the crazies and give it to a real husband-and-wife who really want a baby to love and raise.

I have a story about this. I never had nor wanted any children.. Just me- the weirdo. but anyways.....
But my older cousin did. She was married and wanted a baby so bad. Her husband was a high level big wig in GM motors. Rich as sheet,
The family told me never to mention it to her.. She would loose it? cry cry cry. and she did!
She ended up mothering my other cousins child. 
Why didnt that rich couple adopt? 
but then again?
I kept waiting for a nice GM car? You'd think?.. family? even used?
All I ever got.. Was I wasnt good enough for her.. Sooty lived in maine? and they lived behind the Reagon Library,
  touche' not up to ** her standards* LOL
I'm thinking maybe its very hard to adopt? what else could it be? with THAT kind of money?

Yes, apparently it is that hard to adopt children, especially white babies that don't come from some crack-whore mother. I've known couples who have gone through the adoption process, and it is extremely difficult.   If I were shooting blanks, but my wife was capable of getting pregnant, I'd have no problem with her receiving a little deposit. Much better than trying to adopt.  The reverse, however, I'd think might be more difficult.

I am literally a test tube baby.. My pretend father was shooting blanks..
From what  My uncle tells the story- only one left alive.. 88?
They picked out a donor.. My mother wanted a baby so bad..  Nasty pretend father who was shooting blanks... He was so stuck on himself.. He picked out german doctors back in the day.. sperm donors.
Because HE was german.. Right before he died... he confessed it all? He was nasty... The day I found out.. I called my uncle.. He said  it was true..
After 55 years.. A horrid family secret was let out? 
I laughed.. -  I-danced.. I jumped up and down. Thank gawd that sob wasnt really my father!
In that instant- I understood all those years why he hated me.. I wasnt  his.
but That was kind of a big relief to me.. it didn't upset me a bit

That's actually pretty sad.  What's the point of having a child if someone like your "father" isn't going to love it and take care of it with everything he's got?  Kids just want to be loved by their parents - this is not a hard need to fulfill.  Sounds like you somehow did just fine, despite having a "father" who resented you. Still, that sucks though.
