I didn't know that. That's cool, I wouldn't mind trying it.SJConspirator » 26 Jul 2022, 8:07 pm » wrote: ↑ from what I have read, it is the most prized and delicious meat in the world.

It isn't that dangerous for white hunters. Selection bias.SJConspirator » 26 Jul 2022, 8:10 pm » wrote: ↑ its rare and never became a staple because they are so dangerous to hunt, apparently. One guy with a rifle gets stomped on by a hippo 9/10 times

white hunters just never hunt hippos cause of geographic distance. But if they did they would use a gun that can drop it easy.
30.06 easy choice. There is even a specialty big game gun called the z that kills elephants in one shot
my stepfather hunts exotic big game in Africa regularly. Never killed a hippo. I guess there isn't status in that. But all sorts of other stuff.

There's a meat tenderizer mallet for this . . . .
If one can kill an elephant with a single shot between the eyes . . . I'm sure you can kill a hippo too, from a safe distance !SJConspirator » 26 Jul 2022, 8:10 pm » wrote: ↑ its rare and never became a staple because they are so dangerous to hunt, apparently. Why would you need to do that, for the purpose ?
why? Curiosity. Go catch one, if it doesn't eat you, eat it.SJConspirator » 26 Jul 2022, 7:53 pm » wrote: ↑ I really want to have a good grilled hippopotamus steak before I die
As far as I know hippos are vegetarians . . . I may be wrong, though !
Curiosity is instincts navigating areas to discover what intellect makes secret within one species fooling their own kind. the individual making the discovery will face insubordination, treason, and blasphemy for their efforts to correct corruption.Jinn Martini » 27 Jul 2022, 5:19 am » wrote: ↑ As far as I know hippos are vegetarians . . . And more often than not . . . curiosity kills the cat . . .
You are an annoying disciple of doubt, so my goal is to implode all established doubt you preach. You use corrupted power of suggestion, I am simply trying to correct it.walkingstick » 27 Jul 2022, 5:25 am » wrote: ↑ at some beijing open markets you can purchase sausages from around the world. name a plant or animal, and you might find it in one of their sausages. even certified war kill sausages, wrapped in photo of dead body.
