I didn't ask you about the "upper class". I asked you if you think someone who has accumulated enough wealth to never work again is still in the middle class. In other words, how do you define the middle class.FOS » 29 Jul 2022, 1:16 pm » wrote: ↑ you pay your taxes and you stfu. you are too weak to do otherwise.
compared to my MIA rap video lol. this is music for the upper class. It is about attitude, not money. https://youtu.be/H3v9unphfi0
Ok, that's a fair definition. Everyone has their own idea of what makes up the "middle class", within reason. I wouldn't try to debate that.DeplorablePatriot » 29 Jul 2022, 1:20 pm » wrote: ↑ I don't take the term "middle class" seriously, as it is a broad-spectrum term, open to opinion only.
Although, my interpretation of it simply means that someone who has enough money to make living conditions comfortable, have the funds to do what makes them happy, and do not feel impoverished or in need...no money worries. Varies with each person and their "wants."

Just because someone is no longer in the middle class, does not necessarily make him a member of the upper echelon of society - I am aware of that fact.
Certainly not middle class. The ability to work is not the same as the need to work. I define the middle class as those who need to work to pay for what they want out of life. And, for whom, social security will be a significant part of their retirement income.FOS » 29 Jul 2022, 1:24 pm » wrote: ↑ i inherited enough money at the age of 13 to never work
yet i did. for a while at least.
how do you define that?

If someone has no money and merely survives off of the efforts of others, that person can think is is somewhere beyond middle class, but regardless of that person's breeding and education, he is still dirt poor.FOS » 29 Jul 2022, 1:28 pm » wrote: ↑ I consider this a plebian attitude. money has nothing to do with it. nothing. As long as you're happy. That's the key. I'm set for life without working, after working many years and investing after that. But I've found that being "well off", at least in my books, isn't nearly important as good health and happiness. Admittedly, I'd be unhappy struggling for a lifetime.

I only talk about Hitler if you happen to bring him up during conversation. Otherwise, he's pretty meaningless to me. Addressing what you said, Hitler was nothing close to being upper class, other than perhaps for the wealth he accumulated after rising to power. In fact, his fairly low social status was likely something he was embarrassed about and would want to hide from others.FOS » 29 Jul 2022, 1:34 pm » wrote: ↑ the upper class is often dirt poor.
i mean ****...go examine Hitler's biography. hate him or love him, you still talk about him constantly. that was a man born to rule.
hitler rules the world now.Skans » 29 Jul 2022, 1:38 pm » wrote: ↑ I only talk about Hitler if you happen to bring him up during conversation. Otherwise, he's pretty meaningless to me. My father, before his death, stipulated that I would be allowed to use up as much of his wealth as I deemed necessary until my 40th year of age !Skans » 29 Jul 2022, 1:32 pm » wrote: ↑ If someone has no money and merely survives off of the efforts of others, . . . he is still dirt poor. . . .

Well, then he rules you too. Didn't you say: "there are 2 kinds of people. those who rule and those who must be ruled". And, you are not Hitler.
of course not. so what?Skans » 29 Jul 2022, 2:30 pm » wrote: ↑ Well, then he rules you too. Didn't you say: "there are 2 kinds of people. those who rule and those who must be ruled". And, you are not Hitler.
So what? You have placed yourself in the category of people who must be ruled - in your Meinkraft world.

Look, if you want to spew nonsense, then that's on you. I will have fun with you at my leisure, like I do with Omh, Xavier, and others. If you decide to have an adult conversation, I will respond accordingly.
Yes i did. At that time The Pacific Exchange discounted everything if you were in Vietnam. There was no tax if you wore the product home. I paid $185 for a watch that is now worth $7500. Demdopes who do not understand both watches and guns have no clue how valuable quality watches become. I also sent home Mikimoto pearls, Chinese porcelain, and a women's Bulova watch that was encrusted with diamonds. I have met many women who knew what the watch was long before the yuppies in NY bought PHONY Rolex watches. I have worn the watch every day for 53 years. Which demdope will ask the question 'Why wear a watch when you have a phone with the time displayed"sootedupCyndi » 29 Jul 2022, 1:00 pm » wrote: ↑ You did. Why would you waste money like that on a watch? Trying to impress someone. Please tell me you got some wimmins outta that.
