The only thing about that **** I can say is it happens to **** often. Cops are TRAINED to de-escalate - **** PAID to de-escalate. But they are GEARED toward escalation. 9 times out of 10, the cops show up, and **** gets stupid. Situations go south, because those who escalate have arrived.
They had the situation under control - the yard ape subdued. No remaining threat. But the cop was at a hundred, still looking for a fight - an adrenaline junky. That's not the weak-character dog **** we need to be putting badges on.
