Is your paella more wet, or more dry?

Do you serve fish head soup before the paella?

Also, do you have any facility with cuban chinese fusion?

I had my one an only cubano sandwich at a Bahama Breeze in Florida.

It sucked. Just an over-cheesed mess.

Was I hood-winked by the movie "Chef"? Or is that really a good sammich?

Sorry Deezer, but then it wasn't made well. I'm surprised, being in Florida. A Cuban sandwich is one of the most delicious sandwiches you can ever have.

They made a movie about it!

Just google "best sandwich ever", and on the list is the Cuban sandwich on #6, which i disagree, but it's still top 10!

We only put one slice of cheese, ripped in two, enough to cover the bun. If it was a cheesy mess, then it was a problem with the maker or the orderer.

Did you order extra cheese? Be honest w me. I don't work there...

I'm sure you did order it as extra cheese, because it's hard to mess up a Cubano. Unless they gave you somebody else's order with extra cheese...

A Cubano has a slice or two of cheese, swiss cheese. There's no way that can become a cheezy mess, unless you ask for it.... jus sayin...

I'm not defending them, I have no idea where you were. But I do know a lot of idiots get stuff they requested, and then complain later.

Because they're dunk, or they just had no idea when they were ordering. And then they blame it on the restaurant.

It's hard to **** up a Cubano. So if it was a cheezy mess, then you ordered a philly cheese steak.

Maybe the restaurant was wrong and gave you the wrong order. Or maybe, just maybe, you were **** up!

Either way, you have not eaten a true Cubano.

Try it again. Sober, this time... Don't add anything until after you taste it...Order it straight.

And then tell me about it again. :-)

Paella is actually Spanish, but I do make it. It always starts wet. But I don't like it that way, and boil it down till it gets to the right consistency.

Fish head soup is a more Greek dish, which I love, but that's not a part of paella because there's no fish. It's seafood.

There's a lot of Chinese people in Cuba, there were at least from what I'm told. And the cooking does fuse a little with the rice and the fish. But I never learned any of that.

I'm all about second chances.
So, maybe I'll find a place with people that care enough to make it right.
A chain restaurant has a good chance at **** **** up.

The best fish taco I ever had was in San Diego. It was my first time. Excellent.
It was at a smallish hotel and they must've had a non-chain eatery.
I haven't been able to find a place that makes a fish taco that good since.
