Well, that would be due to the AZ case a few years back where the court said enforcing immigration law is the purview of the Fed Gov.  Not the states.

The funny part is the first bus to NYC didn’t get there until a few days ago.  The mayor was bitching about those already in NYC prior to that.

Everyone needs to remember the Biden Admin was flying illegals to Westchester in the middle of the night.  No complaints then.
