So what?  It's a private business.  This **** allows any sort of racist, sexist, gay bashing, jew bashing, bigot drenched crap on these pages.  Along with any sorts of lies that anybody has banging around in the empty space between their ears.  Other forums and platforms don't.  You choose to hang out here.  You can choose to hang out or not hang out on Twitter.

There are assholes on Twitter who can decide if they want to conform to the platform guidelines, if they do they can inhabit Twitter all day and night long.
