Africans still have not invented the wheel. Even when they see other people using wheels, they don't think of it. There are countless tribal Africans living in their mud huts that have seen people in jeeps, but they still carry stuff on their head instead of making a wheelbarrow or something.

Probably. Colonialization wasn't nice either though. Bringing Western methods to Africa is also possible. I'm sure most people in Africa would like to live in a Western nation more than Nigeria or the DRC.

What a total waste of some good parts and materials too.
At least he could use the prop blast of that unholy abortion  to keep the flies out of the faces of the rest of HIS TRIBAL MEMBERS...and that's about it.
I have given some thought to taking on  a personal  LOWES AIRPLANE DESIGN BUILD AND FLY CHALLENGE.
The only rule is that everything except for the engine and prop has to come from LOWES.........
