All my tax money better go to Ukraine or Israel. If any of that money is spent to help AMERICANS, I will be livid

Millions of kids and adults looked at the cost of college and decided that the potential benefits of a college degree didn't warrant incurring the debt. Many would have made different choices had they known these debts would be forgiven. Believe they owe 20k to every American that considered college but decided the debt wouldn't make fiscal sense.
