Yesterday, while walking the dogs, I lost balance and fell flat on my face !

My whole face was totally bloodied !
And my t-shirt.
My right arm was totally bruised as well !
Couldn't get back on my feet on my own either  . . .  a neighbor living a couple of miles down the road happened to drive by and while his wife went looking for my dogs, he helped me back on my feet and accompanied me back home.
That's some good neighbors !

After cleaning up the mess  . . .  it appeared to be not such a big deal, after all !
When I got back, my wife almost went berserk seeing me like that.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The day before I left Japan I also lost balance and fell flat on my face, but that time I had a bag of garbage to protect me, which I was bringing to the collecting point.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In Japan there are extremely strict rules about garbage !

Only twice a week and only from 8 am to 10 am and you are required to separate everything !
You're required to remove the labels of the plastic bottles of, for instance, the mineral water you drink.
Also, you're required to rinse all the cans of, for example, tuna, tomatoes  . . . and everything you consume !

Also in the place where you deposit your garbage there is a supervisor making sure you follow the rules .
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Who the hell pay all these uniformed guys ?

You lost your mind and your brain wasn't trained to think for itself. did you trip on your shoe laces? Your dogs playing with each other come up from behind and whack at your knees knocking you down.

I ask that because the dogs have done that to me a couple of times. Been there done that.

Oh dear you sound like me. A few weeks ago, i got up. Tripped on nothing.. Sprained my ankle. Hobbled around.. I've learned over the years to go down gracefully.
But last nite... the dog made a run for the door... and I tried to grab him fast. Fell backwards and hit this metal heater thing on the wall. Hit my arss so bad right on the tail bone.. I hobbled  around in pain for two hours. Bet it shows up hurting tomorrow. Gawd in need a full time babysitter! Image

Yelling at you if you're just one inch out of the proper position !
I'm talking about something like100+ guys taking care of parking cars!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Who the **** pays all these guys ?

remember he just went through having the new variation of covid a month or so ago, could be still messing around with his inner ear where balancing is maintained.

say again? loose tile while walking the dogs beyond your home. My brain just hasn't ever seen tiled sidewalks. Now a concrete or slate where a tree root pushed it up creating a lip to trip on I can imagine. or low spot rain and weather shifted the ground underneath, etc.

anyway, seems you survived the tumble without long lasting injury.

Why do you need to lie, bastard ?

I've never been through any kind of Covid variation at all !

In fact I think Covid 2018 - 2019 - 2020 - 2021 - 2022 - 2023 - 2024 - 2025 - etc.  etc. etc.  is nothing but a hoax !

estimating is a lie? I simple put forth a possibility that is a common cause of many things that bring about inner ear problems of balance with older persons such as ourselves. I'm 70 I think I remember you saying you are within that age range.

Because I could relate to falling dow while out walking with the dogs. My falling down was two 80 pound dogs rough housing and chasing each other came up from behind and took me down at the knees. I was just making conversation about how and why balance issues happen.

See your civic mind is in full speed ahead and your brain got left behind.
