i believe fink has come to terms with the fact that we have not reached the end of history. He sees that the future will be multipolar....USA vs russia/china.

well the multipolar future could be a good thing. These bankers are justifiably afraid of an autocratic government, because such a government (like the nazis) might not be as easily controlled by money. A strong leader could always tell them no, and the people may follow that leader.
