Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis suing Biden admin over Canadian drug importation program application delayDeSantis said the Food and Drug Administration has yet to approve an application to let Florida import cheaper medications from Canada
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Wednesday sued the Biden administration over alleged delays to attempts by his state to import cheaper prescription drugs from Canada, saying he hopes Floridians aren't being punished over political differences. "I’d hate to think that the Biden admin would not approve it just because it’s Florida, because they have issues with Florida politically … because this will benefit people … regardless of political persuasion," he said.
Florida became the first state to apply for the program in November 2020, Politico reported. In July 2021, Biden signed an executive order ordering the FDA to implement the program.

Biden is offering relief to students drowning in debt. Biden opened up the option of importing drugs from Canada. Biden is pushing to shore up our infrastructure so we can keep the economy on track instead of falling behind other countries. Biden is trying to reduce the deficit.
Trump promised to replace the ACA with something better. He failed. He promised that no one would be above abusing classified records, His house was raided because he broke that promise. He promised covid would be gone in a few months. 2 years later and over 1 million people dead.

Right now, biden has accomplished no more than the eight year obama-biden administration - which prevented states from importing from canada.
Clinton also didn't allow it.
