Professional Credentials.
There is nothing coersive or "monopolistic" about wanting 100% compliance and verifiability that the people doing work that involves THE PUBLIC SAFETY meet education / training  standards 
The "protection" that having a Professional credential / Union pedigree offers ......works both ways..for both the workers, the employer and the end user / consumer.

Please elaborate on how it is dollars are somehow not free and fair.  What's your issue with how dollars are issued?  And something about dollars being half of every transaction?  Not well written.

You are great at writing narratives.  Your posts are a pleasure to read.  However, I find that I am very skeptical of pretty much everything you post.  I've already caught you in one falsehood.  I also know that Union strike violence has been at a sharp decline for years.  No one in management wants to face liability charges stemming from dead/injured strikers.
