Why is is that Trump did not come up with a better healthcare plan? Because the GOP wanted one that the corporations that fund them could profit from. Why did the Wall not get built? But then someone pointed out that that would cost too much and you could not see what was going on on the other side. So he ended up with steel bars that a person with a battery powered sawzall could get through in about ten minutes.

I don't solely blame the democrats. Republicans like Paul Ryan were active and effective members of the push to stop Trump at all costs. Personally I would rather he not take the office again, too much of a distraction and too irresistible a target.
