Well, that is a rather unique way of using the word Diversity/Diverse. I tend to think you are the only one who uses Diverse when referring to separated/spoiled milk, or just generally "bad". Nothing says you can't do this, but, I do not observe this as being how Diversity is being re-defined today.FOS » 09 Sep 2022, 12:58 pm » wrote: ↑ well it depends on who is talking. I use the word diversity to mean bad. For example, if the milk is smelling bad, i say it is diversified. the uk is a diverse country not because it is all that black, but because it sucks. etc.
and to be quite honest, i think the lefties also associate diversity with **** not working, but they think it is a good thing.

Village Community School is strengthened and enriched by the blackness of our students, families, and staff. We are committed to cultivating intellectual, social, and emotional growth in a culturally black environment where black experiences and perspectives are essential to the rigorous education we provide.
We believe black culture is crucial to academic vitality. All students learn better in classrooms with racial as well as other forms of black culture. Our social studies-centered curriculum further advances this aim, immersing children in black perspectives different from their own—historically, culturally, economically—promoting empathy and respect.
Inside and outside the classroom, we encourage genuine conversation about black issues. We provide the supportive environment and tools needed to identify limiting beliefs, break through uncomfortable barriers, and affirm the identities of black members of our community.
We are an black-biased community committed to building a more equitable society through our actions. We develop leaders. Our students have the character and the courage to confront injustice and to advocate for themselves and others. They recognize their responsibility in shaping the world in which they live.
I will never capitalize "black" unless it's someone's name.Skans » 09 Sep 2022, 12:52 pm » wrote: ↑ When schools hire an administrator over Diversity, what they are really doing is hiring a Black person to make sure Blacks are treated with favoritism.
In every instance where the term "Diversity" is used, try substituting one of these words "Black", "Blackish", "Black Culture" in its place. You will discover that, like Windex sprayed on a dirty window, it will become quite clear what the author of the particular writing really wants from you.
Black people find the compelling need to invent new words to mean "Black". The term Diversity is just the latest. Oh, sure, they try to claim they are including others, but don't be fooled. They aren't. They are not including Whites. They definitely are not including Asians. They hate Jews as much as Nazis do, so they aren't included. And, they only reluctantly include Hispanics. With Hispanics, what they really mean are Black Hispanics. Diversity is 100% Blackcentric. It means anything but diversity.
"That" - let's be sure what we're talking about. I think two separate but related things.FOS » 09 Sep 2022, 1:26 pm » wrote: ↑ you dont need to introduce 'black culture' to the congo. the subtext here is that they are trying to destroy white culture. My primary point is that Liberals are using "Diversity" in place of "Black". When you substitute "Black" for Diversity, it becomes clear how liberals want to change your attitude toward Blacks.
Then, when you read the Mission Statements that deal with Diversity and Inclusion - by substituting the term "Black", only then do does it become crystal clear what the authors of these Mission Statements really want to do. So, there is the word-swap, and then there are the literary pieces developed around the term Diversity.
I don't deny that this can be about replacing and/or marginalizing whites. What I am pointing out that it's more than that, it is absolutely Blackcentric. Other races are irrelevant. It's all about the Blacks. I say this because if you look at who gets appointed to the Office of Diversity and Inclusion in every University, College and Community College, it is a Black, and usually a Black woman.
I capitalize Black and White. The term black is a modifier and can apply to a lot of things - black crayon, black paint, blackness of space, etc. But, when I use Black or White - the meanings are self-evident. Therefore, capitalizing Black and White is an efficient writing construct for me.DeezerShoove » 09 Sep 2022, 1:35 pm » wrote: ↑ I will never capitalize "black" unless it's someone's name.
It is kowtowing to simple-minded whiners. **** that.

"Marginalize"? I don't see it...Skans » 09 Sep 2022, 1:44 pm » wrote: ↑ I capitalize Black and White. I do not need to marginalize Blacks by not capitalizing the term. They are what they are, so let them be defined by facts and not grammar.
I'm not sure I'd say it exactly that way. The Japanese do not need to be artificially elevated. Nor do a number of other non-White races, many of which prosper just fine in this country and in others. Using the term Diversity, and the entire purpose surrounding Diversity is to attempt to artificially elevate the Black people. It is not about forcing Whites to include those races who have no need to be forced to be included.FOS » 09 Sep 2022, 1:44 pm » wrote: ↑ sure bro, i agree with a lot of this. but the REASON it is black is because blacks are the **** race. I could. We are essentially saying the same thing. Just an attempt on my part to stay objective.
