As in, "You used to be crazy, now you're insane". The linked article says it isn't "full" anything, that the election has left the government split down the middle with the leadership probably remaining unchanged.

they have many parties. The actual neo nazi party is the Nordic resistance. But the Sweden democrats do want a complete shut down on immigration
 
A few years ago there was a motion to prevent the Sweden democrats from even being allowed to run because of their willingness to associate with more radical elements
