Huston TX Crime Stoppers ended naming off the list of murder victims ed at the close of each year. Now the list is over 600, and they will no longer continue this re-cap because it will take too long.
Would there be as many murders committed in Huston if they had non-diverse, mostly white population, say, much like Martha's Vinyard?

There's a higher conviction rate for blacks. But there is also a higher rate of blacks being released after being proven innocent.
