People to took student loans signed CONTRACTS promising to repay those loans, with interest. 
People forced to buy Obamacare insurance, against their will, signed no contract.

States can require insurance to drive.  Driving isn't a right.
And no, the only people who "love their obamacare" are people being subsidized, and even they complain about the deductibles and copays.

Further when the public (as in VOTERS) are made more aware of the tradeoffs (i.e. higher taxes and the abolishing of private healthcare by replacing it with government run healthcare) the enthusiasm wanes.

Sanders couldn't even get a single payer plan passed in his own state. In part because clear numbers as to how much it'd COST always seemed elusive.

Now, much as I like Bernie, and much as I'd like for this country to join the other world democracies in having some kind of universal healthcare, and LOATHE as I am to be arguing what appears to be right wing talking points,

the bottom line is that liberal and progressive leaders in Congress need to get their **** together first on exactly what M4A would entail, both in coverage and costs, and present it to the American people.

No doubt, the "squad" and Sanders knew that they weren't exactly THERE yet.
