Starting at the 40 second mark. I had to listen 4 different times. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt in that maybe he meant to say that one of the other variables could be decreased, not the people. Such as the 15% decrease in energy, instead of a 15% decrease in people. However, it doesn't appear so. He seems to have meant a decrease in people with the vaccines. Freudian slip? I mean, there is no way he is dumb enough to say that in public.

There's an old joke featuring a not-very-good piccolo player. It ends with the question, "Who called that mother **** a piccolo player?" I ask myself that question, from time to time, in situations like this.

Yes he is evil - IF he is human. But who says he is human? I mean, we assume it. Of course we assume it. But is our assumption safe? What if he is something other than human? Is he still evil?

Let's assume Gates isn't human for the sake of argument. Perhaps, he is some higher form alien that us humans have no awareness of. It's still relatively evil. If a species has a cognitive and logical reasoning capabilities between right and wrong, then we can tag on the labels of good and evil. For example, we wouldn't call a lioness evil for attacking and eating baby bores. To the wildlife kingdom, this is survival. On the other hand, we would call the cartels   (or any group) evil for engaging in child sex trafficking rings or killing kids for their organs on the black market. What's the difference? I mean, both examples are meant as a means of survival of the dominant species. So why is one evil and the other not? Because one has the clear cognitive awareness of the concept between good and evil, the other does not.  So, if we assume Gates (and others) as a more dominate species over humans, then by default, he also has a clear understanding of the concepts of good and evil, since we humans do. Thus, he is evil.

God stopped making land [especially the most desirable land] long ago.
People are forced to build nowadays on tiny lots that were considered unbuildable.
Cut our population in half and we'll see a return to a time when a single wage earner could raise a couple kids, have Mom be a full time mom and own a nice big piece of desireable land in parts of the USA that are already fully developed.
The least desirable places to live will end up getting torn down due to lack of demand.
The only difference you would notice in the smaller USA is less competition for everything and more space everywhere to roam.

The richest areas are where the people at the top of the economic  food chain want to live.
Fewer people competing for x number of homes automatically moves everyone up higher on the ladder. 
Every single country that is full of starving people had at one time a population count that was much more self sustainable.
There wouldn't be nearly as much immigration pressure or  war .

People choose to build on scarce [over valued] open land next to where the jobs are, or buy over valued houses next to where the jobs are...not because they prefer living in a Sea Of Humanity, but because they have to be realistic.
