I will use one movie as an example, Kung fu panda.  In this movie, there is a theme that is recurring throughout many Disney movies.. destruction of the father.  This is the flip side of feminism.  Empower the mother, demean
the father.

In king fu panda, the most fat retard is the hero.  In most modern Disney movies, the most retarded, lazy, petulant character is the hero, and the firm, stoic orderly figure (father archetype) is the villain.  This is poisonous cultural garbage, and Disney is aimed straight at the children.

Disney has become the most destructive media empire on earth.  The last remaining vestiges of the father figure, which was first under attack under Marxism (the origin of feminism) are being further destroyed. Friederich Engels wrote a book about how capitalist societies can best be undermined and destroyed by destroying the father in the home.

In the 1990s, Disney had the Lion King, which was a great movie.  The lion Simba was shown that he is the present manifestation of a long line of kings, and he Carried a torch, he brought the royal line of his own ancestry into the present and future.  It was a shining homage to the paternal duty and eternal value and power of the father archetype.

Disney since around 2010, has steadily churned out the worst garbage designed to brainwash children into the woke, feminist, anti-masculine, cultural Marxism.  Boycott Disney

Fasting once a week is a good place to start. Great for health, instills discipline.

I water fasted for 9 days 4 times this year. Jan 15, apr 15, jul 15 and oct 15. It was excellent. People think it's such a big deal. DOING stuff is hard. NOT doing stuff? Not as hard. 

Next year, I think I'm going to go for 7 days every 7th week. It'll take me from 36 days in aggregate to 40. Maybe 50 - I'm no mathematorian.

A pair of stray Talking Chihuahuas cross the border into Texas and end up dragging a dozen unconscious KKK Members from a burning building.........but after the KKK Members "come to" they capture one of the dogs and then eat the poor dog while the other dog escapes.
The poor Chihuhua keeps running into trouble as it crosses paths with the Proud Boys where it loses an eye, and then it runs into The Oath Keepers who force it to have anal sex with a Bull Mastiff.
All appears to be lost until the poor Talking Chhuahua stumbles into the ADL's HOME OFFICE and tells it's gut wrenching story to Chairman Greenblatt.
Greenblatt wastes no time and calls ANTIFA / BLM into his office to place them on "Active Duty" and to outfit them with the Military Urban Assault Vehicles and Weaponry that were gifts authorized by Joe Biden.......back when Biden made the ADL a specialized WRONGTHINK AND HATE SPEECH CONTROL BRANCH of the US Military......

I'm not working out where I'm currently living - way out in the country. I walk a bit.

When I did work out, before I switched digs, I found the water fasting did not interfere. But then, my workout was mostly aerobic, not lifting much at all.

I like to vape. But when I fast, I cut that, too. Cut coffee - just water. I need to start praying when I fast - that's been a missing element, as I lean toward agnosticism. But I am a Christian on principle.

Not just population numbers but conditioning people to be dependent, unquestioningly obedient, easily monitored  and controllable.

I fasted last week for 6 days, my ketones went above eight, I felt great but pussied out not knowing if those levels are dangerous, I can’t seem to get a straight answer from the “professionals”. I was shooting for 14 days.   Gonna try again after Turkey day.

Not sure that holds true with of much of their work. Obi-Wan was a father figure to Leiah in his titular series. Same could be said of Mando and baby Yoda. Both do have unrealistically strong female characters but that is the extent of the woke found in them. Buffoonish father figures has been a well warn trope for decades. Even during the era of leave it to beaver and father knows best you had shows with weak cuckolds languishing under their more powerful female counterparts like I dream of genie or bewitched. 
 

I really dont really watch movies anymore cause I can't stand the messaging. 

But i did see the last jedi...which i believe was after disney purchased star wars. And omg it was the most egregious example of what you are speaking about. 

There was a scene were Yoda was actually laughing in glee because the last of the Jedi library was being destroyed in flame. 

And about the male/female thing...I think it is more complex than merely men do stuff. It is the masculine energy on a culture. I would refer people to jungian psychology. It is the individuation of a culture which stems from its masculine energy ...what makes it unique but also separate from other cultures. Jung would say that in fact it could be possible, albiet rare, for a biological female to be part of that process....as all women do have an Anima.

Again, what exactly is the connection between Bob Iger and Fox news? From what I can tell, Blackrock and Dodge & Cox are its biggest shareholders. Please, correct me if i am wrong about this.
