Happy Thanksgiving.
I've got home cooked pizza on the agenda with a side of Baked Baby Rooster Pot Roast .
About the pizza....
The lump of store bought dough has been given a few hours in a warm room to expand.
I use a paper towel to grease a large cookie pan with Crisco, sprinkle some flour over the dough, then roll the dough out with a beer glass to about a 1/4 inch thickness.
