Twitter is a private business.  There are no 1st Amendment rights at a private business.  Three cheers for the Constitution.  Musk can run Twitter however he desires.  And companies that do business with Twitter can run their businesses as they desire.  If Apple doesn't want to provide the Twitter app to users on their app store, do you think the government should be able to force them?
 

What the government can and should do if Apple refuses to put their app on the Apple store is to file an anti-trust suit to stop Apple's monopoly, which will likely be the reason Apple doesn't try to de-platform them.

Do you really think that Musk wouldn't fight that blatant attempt to crush Twitter to the death?  Or that the new Republican House would hesitate to file anti-trust legislation against a left-wing stalwart like Apple?

It's not my company and not my money, so there's nothing for me to be cocky about!  I've never used Twitter and don't plan to do so now either.  But I have no doubt that issue has already crossed the minds of him and his attorneys, and they'll handle it easily.
 
I'm simply confident that Musk will have absolutely no problem with the complete transition of Twitter into an unbiased platform and that he's already got the plan in place to deal with Apple if they refuse to include the Twitter app in their App store.

I'm not on the Twit either. But Twitter banned Trump- Rand Paul.. All the covid doctors speaking out the truth.. and anyone who spoke out. NOW all of a sudden... the libbies cry.. Freedom of Speech.!!! LOL HA
