Systemic racism is slippery. It disguises itself as "business as usual." For example, in the jim crow south a hundred years ago, literacy tests would be applied to "all voters" (except for those who voted, or whose parents or grandparents voted, before 1867). Business as usual, right? But the target of the legislation was obvious.

Today, systemic racism is still a huge problem, and it is still practiced in a sneaky, "business as usual" manner.

When we look for systemic racism, the easiest hallmarks to watch for are race riots. It always builds up to race riots. The following cities are clearly practicing systemic racism, and are in need of federal oversight:

Washington DC
Los Angeles
Detroit
Cincinnati
Ferguson
Baltimore
Oakland
Anaheim
Milwaukee

White supremacists in these cities need to be brought to heel.

Why fight a national systemic racism when it won't stop until the global racism is debunked.

8 billion people alive now according to Jinn's facts, so 350 million people in 50 states and what 5 or 7 commonwealths in this atmosphere, isn't very proportionate as a whole.

So what does one do to equalize the odds statistical averaging created throughout history of people becoming "civilized deniers as a species claiming itself exempt from natural eternal separation of genetic outcomes here now.".

Little instinctive brain navigating space proportionately alive as self evidently here in a relative's displacement.

Reality without reasonable doubt is life in plain sight.

I don't see the fix.

I am not falling for the bait and switch. Fantasy Island's "little me" to Richard Montalban has little to do with racism and a lot about bigotry. Genetics is matter evolving in plain sight where your idea of character matters comes from getting everyone to ignore kinetic matter compounds results never same details twice again as total sum present never staying the same as before.

Evolving is part of universal movement, evolution is projecting movements aren't working in series parallel time here now.

Didn't fix anything. just translated it to fit another reality.

let us do a series parallel with racism and bigotry being separate concepts yet same behavior under separate topics. Bigotry is between ideologies, racism is between pigmentation or national origin of geographical evolving took place until 800 years ago. When mankind started sailing around the world.
