Now...something a white guy might notice when he sees this video:
Wait a second. I am not legally able to do this. If there is ANY hiring preference in what I do then I would be breaking civil rights law
(And it would probably be a jew who sues me for it)
So it isn't like this jew is giving us some revelation in how some ethnic group can benefit from nepotism...he just seems oblivious to the fact that it is ILLEGAL for all people except jews.

Great video. He forgot to mention one important component in their circular economy. How they are able to evade discrimination laws. This is the big difference. Like you said, it is legal for them to not hire anyone outside their community. No other business can get away with that.
