For all the criticism of the Trump policies surrounding COVID, China is of note right now. The zero COVID policies were extremely draconian and the lapse of the program should have been anticipated by authorities. Instead of letting the virus create herd immunity, everyone in China has almost no immunity to the virus and now over a billion people are at risk of becoming sick and ending up in the overwhelmed hospitals of the Middle Kingdom. While I won't completely heap complete praise of Trump since he also encouraged people not to receive the vaccine and other Western nations followed the same pattern, the policy of completely eliminating the virus potential was probably a bad call by China. Masking up probably just prolonged exposure to the virus.

Last I heard, Chinese were still wearing masks, but now able to get around.  
Let's see how that works out.

Obviously it wasn't by the failure of treatments creating more long term problems than their short term solution provided. I think it was COVID killing people.
I don't think China has an effective vaccine.  So, we'll find out what the death toll will be if China fully opens up.  
I bet most Chinese will wear their masks, but that may no stop the Virus.

He took it before joe biden and nancy pelosi, and told people to get it while they were refusing and calling it the "dirty trump vaccine."

They have a vaccine but its a **** China one. They don't want our mRNA vaccines even if they are more effective.

That's what I heard too.
Apparently, their efforts to reverse-engineer the MRNA vaccines haven't been successful.
Some woman on TV said a million cases are predicted for mid-January.

It's mRNA. Messenger Ribonucleic Acid that codes for proteins to get scientific on you. Nobody in China will really know since they live in a police state. Just social media that sets an algorithm to make you a happier and better citizen.

That's Freud. His theories no longer hold any intellectual weight in the psychology field. But if you want to call it obsessives compulsive that is a behavior that is in line with contemporary psychology.
