Yes but with restrictions.  No more Chinese students in our universities or employed in sensitive areas.   We should immediately ban Chinese from buying and owning real property in our country.   It should be assumed that any Chinese national that applies for a visa has ties to the Chinese government.   It is they, after all, who give permission for citizens to leave their country.   This statement is not an indictment of Chinese people.  It is of the Chinese government who is in control of every aspect of the lives of it's people.   All Chines tourist or family visas only with a limit of three months during which no employment or educational activities are permitted.

Not to be negative but, personally, I couldn't care less about covid19 (or the covid of any other year).   I am sick of hearing about it and refuse to modify my behavior because of it.   Phooey with covid.   This 80 year old has better things to do than to be afraid.

By now, we should be immune.
But now with China re-opening, we could get a different variant with Chinese arriving here now.

Well I beat covid19.  I can beat covid23.   It should be obvious to even the stupidest man on the planet by now that nothing we do will have any lasting effect on this virus.  So.....?   Do what mother  nature has equipped us to do for zillions of years.  Wait a bit and we will adapt.   Sure.  Some will die.  Dying is a part of living.  It happens to us all.   But we will be reborn later in new bodies to try again.  That, too, is a part of living.

Yeah.  It looks like it affects the frail and vulnerable.
But, either way, should the US:
1.  Stop Chinese from entering country.
2.  Test Chinese BEFORE entering country.
3.  Don't worry about, roll the dice on this one.

First requirement, no covid.
Second, sign a document stating they are NOT part of CCP and would rather die than meet their supreme ****.

usa has low tourism: people are vacationing all around the world. but avoid usa. why? because usa has nothing to offer. hate on the internet. hate from the press. and hate from the departments of tourism. no funding for massive developments of world class resorts. old resorts falling apart. look how people are attracted to japan and europe. usa has lots of natural attractions, but no tourist promotion department, nor tourist development management.

I see now the Philly school district is going to require masks in 2023...WTF? Haven't the kids been through enough?

I got two Shots, and I think I caught COVID twice.  Later, I got the Booster.
