Biden had twelve documents locked up in his official VP office he used while VP. Trump brought hundreds of documents to his personal residence at Mar a Lago.
Biden’s returned the docs right away when they were found. Trump and his lawyers lied about having the documents at all.
But by all means investigate Biden. I’m sure y’all will fail in yet another investigation.

President can declassify any document, anywhere, anytime...

Returning the documents right away can only have a bearing when it comes to punishment. For an apples to apples comparison, if a guy walks into a police station and tells an officer, "I stole that Bentley parked out front." he is still guilty of a felony.

Liberals (including you) have been going on and on about Trump breaking the law by stealing documents. You either have to admit Biden broke the same law, or show yourself to be a partisan hypocrite. It's been my position all along, if Trump broke a law related to the documents...charge him. Same applies to Biden.

Biden documents have been found in 3 unsecured locations.
Biden's SCI documents are not allowed outside a SCIF. How did Biden come into possession of those documents?
Biden had no authority to have those documents, or to declassify them.
The Penn office opened a year after Biden left office in January 2017. That means the documents found there, were moved here FROM another location.
Who moved them, and from where?
