The question is: Did the documents belong in the garage for SIX years? Also, can Biden prove that NO unauthorized person including Hunter had any access to these documents? If the answers are no, then it becomes a crime scene.

The documents were found in the Penn/Biden center. China contributed 54 million dollars to build the center. That is a bona fide pay off. China expected a return for their investment, possibly selling them America's strategic oil reserves.

One more thing, Trump had to go through a declassifying process that he never did. He cannot just declassify.

Biden's SCI documents are not allowed outside a SCIF. How did Biden come into possession of those documents?
Biden had no authority to have those documents, or to declassify them.
The Penn office opened a year after Biden left office in January 2017. That means the documents found there, were moved here FROM another location.
Who moved them, and from where?
It was probably Trump who moved them.

Jarrett was asked during an interview on Fox News about who should feel "worse about their legal fate" in handling classified records.
