Hillary was supposed to win ....and their great reset was supposed to start in 2016 with Hillary at the helm....

Well to be honest I think Bush 41 did set up Bill Clinton pretty well. Maybe I didn't think so at the time though.

Well that's a long one but I will address two points. The first is our founding fathers. The British often say we are lucky to have a founding myth. However, that myth is not all fiction. We've been a nation for over 200 years on similar principles. Those principles were declared universal in 1948 and there has been a lot of success with that notion. Anyone who doesn't believe that most of the global South wouldn't want to live in America instead certainly sees the beacon that we truly are.
As far as empire, the United States could be considered one although not a traditional empire. We give the right of individual destiny in reciprocal fashion with economic benefit for many nations which usually see our presence as a positive and not a negative. We don't cut off the hands of those who rise against us like traditional empires vis a vie the British Empire. As a follower of Fascism the notion of Empire is probably more heavy handed given the actions of Hitler. To compare global commerce as an evil greater than the Third Reich is probably a misnomer to say the least.

I'm quite sure the hyperbole visited upon us via a biased media and emotionally charged assholes is wrong now.

If BOTH presidents experienced each other's climate, Trump would have been considered decent with flaws.
Biden would've caved under pressure and never been elected. He is even more flawed with a family to prove it.

A more stark contrast we couldn't ask for.
