the gold nuggets were first discovered by children. now thousands of people are rushing to the yuba river in northern california. people have been collecting over a thousand nuggets a day. all in the dark economy.

I fail to see why anything in a movie should alter anyone's opinion of anything in the real world.
I tried to watch it, but it put me to sleep twice.
"Pez Outlaw" was more thrilling. Also "The Swimmers", about a couple of Syrian girls who were forced to leave Syria by the war. Both on Netflix.
