What is reported by the news is that the police claim that there is a 46-year-old male in satisfactory condition in the hospital. They won't give his name they won't say what hospital. Since the cops lie about almost everything they may be lying about this.

Why sure.... anybody could be lying and will be lying to save their asses. They are reviewing security cameras and gathering crucial evidence at this time. What we know so far is the cops refuse to identify the alleged victim or give his location. They claim he is a waiting surgery which makes no sense since this incident happened days ago. Witnesses said the perp had a 12" butcher knife and was threatening the cops with it, not to mention had already stabbed someone in the chest with it.
Perhaps we should wait until more actual evidence comes to light before handing down a verdict?

Democrats insisted - and rightly so.
It's called protecting crime victims - look into it.
Until they're sure there are not other threats to the victim's life, giving potential enemies his precise whereabouts would be irresponsible. They need to investigate WHY he was stabbed, were others involved - that sort of thing. The perp might have belonged to a notorious skreet gang in Hunting Park, the O.G.s (Off-Gams) composed entirely of criminally inclined double amputees.
The last thing the cops need is someone limping or crawling or wheeling into the victim's hospital room with a knife. Those guys can be hard to bring down.

He was stumpin' it down the sidewalk with his knife at a furious pace from the clip I saw... sans wheelchair.
