A young councilwoman from New Jersey was fatally shot outside her home on Wednesday while inside her car.
Fox News identified the victim as 30-year-old Sayreville Councilwoman Eunice Dwumfour, who was a Republican (and BLACK at that), the outlet reported Thursday.

She didn't have an ex. She recently married in Africa for the first time. She also was a single mother.
