So basically Trump was exonerated from any wrongdoing and there was no colluding but the anti-trump Robert Mueller and his band of anti-Trump angry dimocrats decided to play word games in the report .

Innocent until proven guilty. They investigated him for 2 years and found no evidence of collusion. Therefore he was exonerated.

Trump don't need Mueller to say He's exonerated. The fact that he found no wrongdoing by Trump is the exoneration itself of any wrongdoing.
