According to intelligence sources the second wave of the invasion of Ukraine is under way. An estimated 300,000 troops are entering West Ukraine. This is the big gamble by Putin. These troops will also change the game in Ukraine. The troops are also conscripts and even former prison inmates. Will Ukraine hold? This is why I call this a gamble. Failure this time will make Putin a failed leader in the eyes of some in Russia. It will also put him deeper in a quagmire. Hope for Ukraine still holds for me and the citizens of Ukraine will hopefully keep their resolve in light of the new Spring offensive.

Putin has already taken Ukraine.  Biden can continue to ignore this, but his failed policies allowed it to happen. Ukraine's blood is on Biden's back.

My FB Russian cyber friends tell me they and the majority of RF are all against the war and they HATE Putin. 

If he has another major failure (in ANY way) he'll be gone within a week.

You all remember that trade that Biden did for a basketball player? He was an arms dealer and hard-core Russian loyalist. Anyone want to bet that he will be killing some Ukrainians?

I think the cold weather slowed the fighting down.  It's getting warmer. Thankfully the days are getting longer. But the risk of conflict will increase in the coming months.

300,000 prison mercenaries?  I guess it is possible.

@Taipan  and I are tight.  He shouldn't put too much worry in anything I say to him.  As with other Conservatives here, I am supportive of them.  What I am not is a "*** Hater" or a "Jew Hater" of a Hindu Hater", or a White Nationalist hater, or even a Jap-Hater.  I might hate some of them, but I can respect others for who and what they are.  I am not an officer of hate and discontent, unless we are talking about Democrats.  Yeah, I hate a lot of Democrats. Can you really blame me?
