It's what happens when you have a Bureaucracy instead of a REPUBLIC as the founders intended. When Musk is called to Testify, which he is likely to be, and he produces ALL THOSE EMAILS and TEXTS that show they LIED to Congress, I imagine a TON of PERJURY COMPLAINTS will be filed and a few heads will be sitting in prison for a while. IF they do to their own kind like they do to any Republican they can drag out bed at 4 am. Or we'll see that TWO TIERED justice system at work. Again.
