"So the answer to the question, "Do you have a right not to be kicked off a social media platform?" is no! You have no such right. Many people are shocked to learn that the First Amendment free speech guarantee, along with all constitutional rights, only protects us against the government. So, if the government interferes with your freedom of speech, you can bring a First Amendment lawsuit to challenge that. And that's true whether we're talking about a federal government official or a state or local government official. But guess what? Facebook, Twitter, the other social media platforms are not the government."

So what these bogus congressional committees have to prove is that the FBI coerced or persuaded the social media companies to censor.
Maybe the 14 whistleblowers will have some evidence.
If they exist.
The interviews of the social media executives did not go well for the Republicans.

May I sue Facebook, Twitter, or other social-media companies for violating my First Amendment or free-speech rights?
No!

In point of fact I ran out of time I had to do something else. When I went and looked up his assertion that the hobby lobby case took away the right of corporations to censor their platforms it turned out to be utter ****.
So here we are

"Texas' law to punish alleged social media censorship is on hold, pending an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. But Texas secessionists are seeking to use the law in a class action suit against Facebook's parent company.

The Texas Nationalist Movement and its president, Daniel Miller, are asking for an injunction against Meta Platforms under House Bill 20, saying that Meta's banning of posts including a link to its website is illegal censorship."

No self-realized here and now played out through the circumambulations of nonlinear time?

what is linear time? statistically averaged facts suggesting life isn't limited to genetics sustaining co-existence between series parallel evolving results as the food chain native to this specific atmosphere alone.

Or maybe time each fertilized cel transforms from one cell just concieved, zygote, emgryo, fetusm infant, toddler, adolescent, puberty, teen, adult that did or didn't become 1 of 2 parents for another sequence generation to arrive since inception.

Damn your context over content circle jerking really hit the fan.

Recent theoretical physics tends to indicate that time is not linear at all. All things in all times and places exist all at once. It is our perception of time that is linear.

The right of persons and private companies to regulate speech without government interference is well established in the first ammendment. Not sure why this is even debatable outside of perhaps not being able to ban speech on the basis of race, sex, gender, ethnicity, age, or veteran status. They might run afoul of those protected classes.

Let's get you straight on something, skinny brain.

No one is arguing whether social media companies have a DUTY - and from that duty, an obvious authority - to police their fora with objective rules to which participants have been alerted upon signup, and then signaled agreement by proceeding forward. That isn't the issue.

The media to which you linked is what a 6th grade school kid would refer to as a "no duh." As in, she runs her face, and then we say, "No duh." Your media does not address the issues raised regarding big tech's media platforms violating public policy and laws by gaslighting the public in contravention and gross distortion of their own rules and in concert with deep state police agencies and the demoncrat party. THAT is the issue - and no, they do NOT have that right. Corporations do not HAVE rights. They have duties, authorities, and privileges. Which is why your negress never mentioned the real issue in her drawn out, patronizing no duh fluff piece.

Every time you post on this topic, you manifest your agreement with citizens united, ya neocon turd.  :)

What YOU have to prove is that the big tech companies lying about EVERYTHING and suppressing EVERYTHING, against their own rules  - biden's laptop, the fraudulent provenance of the steele dossier, etc. - was just an innocent oopsie doopsie, and not a part of a conspiracy as the emails and other proofs of collusion demonstrate.

Good luck, fool.
