My bet is that Pfizer would actually be bold enough to buy the board since they, along with their government and legacy and digital media bi*ches, basically rule/own global information so they could believe they could extinguish any media fires. It's no coincidence for example, that "fact checking" Reuters chairman, is invested in and sits on the board of Pfizer.

He created Project Veritas from the ground up, and can do it again.
This time around he already has a solid base of loyal followers though.
I'm pretty sure he isn't going away... he's just reloading.

The general consensus is that Project Veritas won't survive without O'Keefe, but that O'Keefe will survive without Project Veritas just fine.

In most cases, all that's needed is a majority vote for the Board to make a decision on something as well. If their are say, 10 members on the Board, then only 6 are needed to approve the action... typically.

I don't think Project Veritas is publicly traded. They are a non profit funded through private donations if I'm not mistaken.
