It's like a virus spreading, and infecting other parts of the Country.
The Dems that are relocating from say California and New York into the Red States will continue to vote Dem, even though they fled from the Dem policies that wrecked their home States to begin with.

I wouldn't bellyache if there was a hot minute between establishing residency and being called for jury duty or being allowed to vote on local and state issues.

this woman is a genius. States should not allow new residents to vote on anything for five years. This seems un Democratic, but democracy has failed anyway so who cares.
States that are doing relatively well have created a culture. New comers should not be able to come in and disrupt a successful culture. Diversity fails
