A lot of your lower class types don't have plenty of options when it comes to doctors. They can't even get enough ID to vote. Just enough ID to buy gin.

Many states were so anxious to pass these types of laws after Roe v Wade was overturned that they passed laws that are vague and confusing.
And women are paying the price for their sloppiness.
FYI the majority of early term surgical abortions are done by D and C.
The procedures are the same whether the fetus is alive or not.
Is the state of Texas going to require doctors to somehow prove that a fetus was dead before they remove it?
How exactly will that work?
Are they going to station deputies in every surgical facility to examine the women and check for a fetal heartbeat before they allow the procedure to take place?
Have you thought any of this through?

Her water broke at 19 weeks. Two of these women's fetuses had no skulls.

FYI two of the five women who are suing Texas are pregnant right now, which proves that they wanted children.
This is one of them.
She needed what's called a selective abortion to save her life and the life of one of the twins she was carrying, but could not get that in Texas.
Threats of prison sentences of up to 99 years, $100,000 fines and the loss of medical licenses has scared doctors into not providing abortions even in cases where the law would seem to allow them.
But have no fear, without knowing anything about these women or what they endured, Doctor Golfboy says there wasn't any emergency that required them to get medical care without delay.

They should go to Courageous Doctor Practice, LLC in Midland, Texas.
