They are no longer supporting proxy enemies.
There are a sizeable number of Shia persecuted in Saudi Arabia, and a sizeable number of Sunnis persecuted in Iran.

It is good if this puts an end to the civil war in Yemen, I agree on that.

Saudi Arabia and Iran have some common interests.
Both countries get most of their foreign exchange from petroleum.
Both countries are ruled by oppressive Muslims with antiquated sexist Islamic laws.

But they are also in opposition because Saudi Arabia is the main Sunni nation, and Iran is the main Shiite nation.

i can certainly see why jews would be worried by this.

the world does seem to be splitting up...getting more and more multipolar everday. Russia and china have clearly sided against zog. Iran was always going to side against zog. India seems to be siding with russia and china. is saudi arabia going to pick the other team? Big if true...and very unexpected. the saudi royal family has accepted so many bribes from zog it almost seems unthinkable. But not impossible.

Both are part of the umma. They will kill jews and infidels long before killing fellow Muslims.

unsure if this is true with saudi arabia, because it is a monarchy...and the saudi royal family do not seem to feel much islamic tribal loyalty. But even monarchies sometimes have to take into account the will of the people...and the common people of saudi arabia definitely hate jews.
